Absolutely divine vegan birthday cake! Loved by everyone, especially our one year old daughter. Maria very kindly accommodated some requests with the cake. Even better than expected in person.
We were delighted to find a vegan bakery as with our daughter's dairy allergy it's near impossible to accommodate when it comes to sweet bakes.
Also, we picked up the cake on the Sunday for a birthday celebration on Tuesday. The cake kept beautifully in the fridge, even with the fresh raspberries which was fantastic!
Highly recommend!
Everyone loved the cake and it was gobbled down instantly. The only nit I would say was it was a tad bit sweet.
