I’ve been vegan for 8 years and wanted to give my partner (who is happily becoming vegan too) a special birthday treat, and we were delighted with this scrumptious cake! The non-vegans savoured it equally and without noticing it didn’t contain animal products! This is the way to go, showing everyone that no animal needs to suffer for baked goods to taste great and even better than their non vegan counterparts.
